Sausage pie is a pie that is filled with sausage, potatoes and onions. Mix it up and pour the mix into a pie crust and bake.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh sausage
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced and cooked
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Milk (to cover mixture)
- 2 pie crusts
Method
- Line the bottom of a deep pie dish with pie crusts. Ground sausage patties. Alternate layers of sausage and potatoes. Add onion, celery, and seasons. Cover with milk and add top pie crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
