crafted with our old family recipe of natural casings and a unique seasoning mix. Each of our hams, bacon, and sausages in the Provision pack can last up to 6 months in your freezer.

Cooked, Boneless Country Ham Slices

Storage:
Refrigerate upon arrival. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months. If the vacuum seal is broken while under refrigeration the ham will need to be used within a week or frozen.

Preparation:
This product is ready to eat. For best results, slices may be gently reheated or served at room temperature. If left refrigerated for an extended period of time, put your package of country ham slices in the microwave for about 15 seconds. This will prevent the ham slices from being frozen together and won't affect the flavor profile of the ham slices.

Uncooked Country Ham Slices

Storage: Refrigerate upon arrival. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months. If the vacuum seal is broken while under refrigeration the ham will need to be used within a week or frozen.

Cooking: To pan-fry

Pour a 1/8th cup of water into the bottom of a frying pan over medium heat. Place the ham slices in the pan and cook over medium heat until lightly brown, about 3 minutes on each side. If you like, add a little brown sugar (not included) to the surface of the ham slices at the last minute of frying. Avoid overcooking, as this will cause the ham to be tough.

Country Bacon

Storage:
Refrigerate upon arrival. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months.

Cooking: To pan-fry
Fry slices over medium heat in a skillet or microwave until slices are 160 degrees F.
