The skin is removed from the slab, so you can drop this super-lean bacon into a skillet and watch it sizzle to a crisp, golden brown with very little shrinkage. Makes approx. 55-60 thick slices.

Ingredients: BACON, SALT, BROWN SUGAR, BLACK PEPPER, SODIUM NITRITE.
Storage: Refrigerate upon arrival. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months.
