Our Sausage

Our old-fashioned sausages are made from only the finest pork and using our exclusive family recipes created in the 1930s. Choose from fresh sausage links and patties or our hickory smoked
sausage links. Our sausages are all flash frozen to seal in their distinctive, rich flavors.

  1. Fresh Sausage Patties are made from fresh, premium cuts of pork with natural sage and a few special seasonings – with no cereals or other fillers. Ready to cook patties weigh approximately 2 ounces each.

  2. Fresh Sausage Links are made from the same quality ingredients as our patties. They’re stuffed into natural casings to produce 2 ounce links that are approximately 4 inches long.

  3. Smoked Sausage Links are made using a decades old recipe to craft a sausage unique to our smokehouse. We mix pure, fresh pork cuts and a special mix of delicious seasonings. Once stuffed into large, natural casings, the sausages are slowly smoked over real hickory wood.  Available in 4 inch links and 6 inch links.
