A full freezer is better than an empty dinner table during the holidays. Make no mistake; our fulfillment team will make sure your country hams and specialty foods will get on the delivery truck safely and as soon as possible. Simply place your order and select the earliest ship date! Stow it away in your freezer, if required, until the holidays and you're all set! Check out our Shelf Life table below. Just allow 2-3 days for your product to thaw and you'll have a wonderful and delicious holiday celebration.
Thawing advice: Place ham in the refrigerator and allow thawing slowly for 3-5 hours per pound. Do not thaw at room temperature. For additional details on storing and preparing hams, see the "Store & Cook" tab on each individual product page. If you are in a hurry to thaw the product, use your microwave following the directions of the microwave manufacturer. Most microwaves have a defrost mode based on the pounds needed to thaw.
