This boneless premium-quality ham is from the best pork in the United States - a certified heritage breed pork raised humanely on pasture and without antibiotics. They are all hand-rubbed with sea salt and aged for more than 500 days - vintage 2023 - to produce that super-rich, distinctive flavor. We recommend slicing it paper-thin and serving it at room temperature with melon, olives, Spanish tapas, bread, and cheese (pairs well with provolone and mozzarella).
