Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh sausage
  • 4 cup potatoes, sliced and cooked
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup Milk (to cover mixture)
  • 2 pie crusts

Directions:

Line bottom of deep pie dish with pie crusts. Ground sausage patties. Alternate layers of sausage and potatoes. Add onion, celery, and seasons. Cover with milk and add top pie crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
