Country Ham Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 2 cup flour
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Finely minced Edwards' country ham
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder. Mix with the minced country ham. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until all has the consistency of meal. Add milk, handling as little as possible. Pat out with hands or roll on a sheet of waxed paper dusted with flour. Cut with a biscuit cutter and bake in hot 425 oven until browned.
