How to Fry Virginia Country Ham Slices
Uncooked Country Ham Slices
Storage: Refrigerate upon arrival. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months. If the vacuum seal is broken while under refrigeration the ham will need to be used within a week or frozen.Cooking: To pan fry
Pour a 1/8th cup of water in the bottom of a frying pan over medium heat. Place the ham slices in the pan and cook over medium heat until lightly brown, about 3 minutes each side. If you like, add a little brown sugar (not included) to the surface of the ham slices at the last minute of frying. Avoid overcooking, as this will cause the ham to be tough.

The Best Smoked Meat Ever

If you are not enjoying Edwards country ham, sausage, and bacon, you are missing out on the best tasting in the country. It is the only smoked meat we buy and eat. Do yourself a favor and order one of these country treats to share and enjoy!!!! The Young's-LazyYFarms Georgia

This is the real deal

I spent a lot of time growing up at my grandparents in Monroe, North Carolina. My grandfather always had a country ham in the smokehouse, actually, it was a small tool shed right next to the driveway, and that ham has always been the gold standard in my opinion. I've looked for something similar over the years and never found it until I stumbled across Edwards. It's subtle and not salty like most of the "quick processed" products that tell you how "original" they are.
Edwards has actually done it. All of the flavor with the smoke and "bite" it should have. It is definitely the real deal.

Best country ham

We are from Kentucky. I bought this for my husband for Christmas breakfast but it was gone in a few days. Best ham we have had since leaving KY. Definitely worth the price.

I grew up in Ky, and had a uncle that made the best hams in the country. Your ham is the best i have found in years.
