Storage: Refrigerate upon arrival. Ships frozen. Allow hams to thaw in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months. If the vacuum seal is broken while under refrigeration the ham will need to be used within a week or frozen.
Preparation: This product is ready to eat. For best results, slices may be gently re-heated or served at room temperature. If left refrigerated for an extended period of time, put your package of country ham slices in the microwave for about 15 seconds. This will prevent the ham slices from being frozen together and won't affect the flavor profile of the ham slices.
