Ingredients: Ham, water, salt, brown sugar, sodium lactate, cane sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate,
hydrolyzed corn protein, sodium nitrite, dextrose.
TO STORE: This product arrives frozen. Refrigerate upon arrival. Shelf life: 150 days refrigerated at/below 40 degrees F. 10 months frozen (-10 degrees F to 10 degrees F).
GETTING STARTED: Allow 2-3 days for ham to thaw in refrigerator (if frozen). Take thawed ham out of fridge 45 minutes before heating. Remove packaging from ham and discard plastic film, foil and any bone guard. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Proceed to heating instructions.
TO HEAT: Place ham in roasting pan. Do not cover. Put ham in oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Take ham from oven, cover with foil, and let rest 15 minutes.
