We've taken our five-time Good Food Award-winning Surryano Ham and portioned it into a boneless wedge form that's quintessential for charcuterie boards and cheese pairings. The Surryano ham is crafted from premium certified Heritage breed pork, raised humanely on pasture and without antibiotics. Salted by hand, smoked with hickory wood and aged.
Contains: Two .75-1.25 lbs. Surryano Ham Wedges
Cured with: Pork and Salt.
Storage: Refrigerate upon receipt.
Preparation: No cooking required. Ready to slice paper-thin and serve as a perfect complement to melon slices, olives, Spanish-style tapas...or on bread with olive oil and cheeses such as provolone & mozzarella. For optimal flavor, serve at room temperature.
Shelf Life: Once opened, re-wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate to prevent molding. Best consumed within 12 weeks.
