The Perfect Charcuterie Board Ham
We've taken our five-time Good Food Award-winning Surryano Ham and portioned it into a boneless wedge form that's quintessential for charcuterie boards and cheese pairings. We craft each Surryano Ham with 100% heritage breed pork and is dry-cured, hickory-smoked, as well as aged for up to 400+ days. Each wedge weighs at around .75-1.25 lbs. each, giving you the flavor of savory long-aged ham in a petite format for small tastings.
Carve slices thin for a perfect cheese plate accompaniment. Pair with a glass of fine wine, and you're all set. Bring people together with hand-crafted ham made from a near-century of curing expertise!

Storage: Refrigerate upon receipt.
Preparation: No cooking required. Ready to slice paper-thin and serve as a perfect complement to melon slices, olives, Spanish-style tapas...or on bread with olive oil and cheeses such as provolone & mozzarella. For optimal flavor, serve at room temperature.
Shelf Life: Once opened, re-wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate to prevent molding. Best consumed within 12 weeks.
