The combination of Texas Iberico™ pork with our ancient long-aging techniques makes Boneless Surryano Iberico one of the best cut charcuterie products available.
Our partners, the Harris family of La Tienda, oversees a ranch in Texas where they humanely raise Texas Iberico™ hogs. These hogs are fed a diet of acorns, sweet mesquite beans, and prickly pear fruit.
Each ham is salted by hand and smoked. Boneless Surryano Iberico Hams should be sliced thin, and served at room temperature.
Contains: One 8-10 lb. Boneless Surryano Iberico Ham
Cured With: Pork and Salt.
Storage: Refrigerate upon receipt.
Preparation: No cooking required. Ready to slice paper-thin and serve as a perfect complement to melon slices, olives, Spanish-style tapas...or on bread with olive oil and cheeses such as provolone & mozzarella. For optimal flavor, serve at room temperature.
Shelf Life: Once opened, re-wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate to prevent molding. Best consumed within 12 weeks.
