Lean, skinned pork spare ribs that are seasoned, hickory smoked and smothered in a mouth-watering Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce. A masterpiece of flavor and a new family favorite. Fully cooked, ready to heat and eat. Available as 2 (2-3 lb.) St. Louis Style Full Slab Ribs.
Ingredients: Pork ribs, salt, flavorings, celery salt, black pepper, paprika, sodium nitrite. Barbecue Sauce Ingredients: High fructose corn syrup, tomato puree, (tomato paste, water), water, molasses less than 2% of spices, natural hickory smoke flavor, natural flavors, vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate as a preservative, dried onion, dried garlic, caramel color.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. TO GRILL Remove rib from package. Heat grill to medium (approximately 350 degrees F.) Wrap ribs in foil. Place on grill (indirect heat preferred) for 20-30 minutes. Remove from grill. Serve and enjoy! CONVETIONAL OVEN HEATING Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ribs on baking sheet. Cover with foil and seal. Place on middle rack in pre-heated oven. Heat for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!
