About our Bacon
Our bacon is dry-cured and naturally smoked with real hickory wood. Unlike most store brands, we add no water to our bacon assuring a richer flavor and less shrinkage after cooking.
Our Sliced Country Bacon is available in three flavors.
1. Original Hickory Smoked Bacon - Our best-selling original recipe is dry-cured and hickory smoked. We offer it sliced in two thicknesses, our regular slice of approximately 1/8” thick and our meaty steak cut of ¼” per slice. Our Original Hickory Smoked Bacon is also available in slab form, allowing you to slice as thin or thick as you like.
2. Peppered Hickory Bacon - Our original recipe with an extra layer of black pepper rubbed on the surface.
3. Maple Hickory Smoked Bacon - Our original recipe with a little added maple flavor for a perfectly sweet and smoky combination.
