If you can’t quite find the thickness of bacon that suits you, why not slice it yourself? With each slab of Country Bacon, you can cut to the measure that’s just right for you.
The skin is removed from the slab, so you can drop this super-lean bacon into a skillet and watch it sizzle to a crisp, golden brown with very little shrinkage.
Storage:
Refrigerate upon arrival. If not to be used within 28 days, freeze for up to 6 months.
Preparation:
If slab bacon, slice to thickness you prefer. Cooking is required.
Cooking:
Fry slices over medium heat in skillet or microwave until slices are 160 degrees F.
