There are three types of smoked hams we offer here at Edwards Virginia Smokehouse, Country Hams, Sweet Hams and Surryano Hams. While each ham has it's differences in curing style, age, and flavor profile, one characteristic they all have in common is that wonderful hickory smoke. Our hams are patiently smoked with hickory wood in smokehouses for up to seven days. This critical step is a key ingredient to developing a flavor profile that's distinct to the American South.
