What we like call the "Big Three," are our most popular, best-selling Edwards smokehouse meats, just the thing for a hearty Southern appetite.

We start with 2 lbs of old-fashioned, hickory-smoked Virginia Sausage Links. Add 12 oz. of our sliced, hickory-smoked Virginia Bacon. The piece de resistance of this tantalizing trio is 12 oz. of pre-sliced, uncooked country-style Virginia Country Ham.

All ready to sizzle and serve at a down-home breakfast, or any meal of the day. Comes in handsome gift box for gift giving that's sure to impress.

This is a semi-perishable product. No refrigeration is required during shipment, but it must be refrigerated after arrival.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping charges are additional to merchandise prices. We ship via UPS, which requires a street address for delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. All products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must ship by Second Day Air.

How are shipping charges determined?
We calculate actual UPS shipping charges based on the shipping method, the weight of the product, and the zip code the product is shipping to. If you purchase several products to ship to the same address, the total shipping charge will likely be different than the estimated charges for each individual item, because the items can be combined into a single shipping container.

What shipping methods are available?
Standard Ground shipping is the least expensive. See the UPS transit days map below to estimate the number of delivery days required. Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air and Second Day Air) is an option for any product if you need a guaranteed delivery date. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date during the Checkout Process and see the estimated shipping charges and transit times for each Shipping Method.

"I received this as a gift. The packaging all read ""Keep refrigerated."" One small problem - it did not arrive in a refrigerated box. I'm sure it would taste delicious but I tossed it out, just like I would any uncooked bacon, sausage, or ham that sat for days or longer at room temperature or warmer. I'm not sure why this is offered as a gift that can be shipped."

I am happy you are doing such a great job carrying on the wonderful smokehouse tradition!

Storage : Refrigerate upon receipt.

Preparation: Cooking required.

Uncooked Ham Slices: Cook (parboil) over medium heat in skillet with 1/8 cup water in bottom of frying pan. If you like, add a little brown sugar to surface of ham slices when browning.

Hickory Smoked, Sliced Bacon: Fry slices over medium heat in skillet until slices are 160 degrees F.

Smoked Virginia Sausage Links: Fry split sausage lengthwise. Fry at 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes. Turn once, cook an additional 5 minutes.

Grill: Split sausage lengthwise. Set grill to medium heat at 350 degrees F, cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Steam: Add about 1/8 cup water to 350 degree F. covered frying pan or electric skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and continue cooking until water has evaporated and sausage is nicely browned.

Microwave: Split sausage lengthwise. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes, depending on your microwave. To cook sausage whole, puncture with fork before heating.

Shelf Life (Uncooked Ham Slices): Best consumed within 3-4 weeks, 8 weeks refrigerated, 4 months frozen

Shelf Life (Hickory Smoked Sliced Bacon, Smoked Sausage Links): 10 days without refrigeration, 4 weeks refrigerated, 3 months frozen
