Big, southern-style, tasty sausage links are made from special cuts of pure, fresh pork and contain no cereals or fillers. The unique, farm-fresh flavor comes from a custom blend of fresh sage, red and black pepper, sugar and salt. They are packed into large natural casings, then slowly smoked over hickory wood to create their signature down-home flavor. Some of the best sausage you'll ever eat. Really!
5 lb. box of Smoked Sausage Links contains about 45-50 links. Two 2 lb. gift bags contain approximately 35-40 links. 3 12 oz. pkgs. approx. 12 links.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, water, red pepper, sage, black pepper, sugar, sodium nitrite, natural hog casing.

This is a semi-perishable product. No refrigeration is required during shipment, but it must be refrigerated after arrival.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping charges are additional to merchandise prices. We ship via UPS, which requires a street address for delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. All products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must ship by Second Day Air.

How are shipping charges determined?
We calculate actual UPS shipping charges based on the shipping method, the weight of the product, and the zip code the product is shipping to. If you purchase several products to ship to the same address, the total shipping charge will likely be different than the estimated charges for each individual item, because the items can be combined into a single shipping container.

What shipping methods are available?
Standard Ground shipping is the least expensive. See the UPS transit days map below to estimate the number of delivery days required. Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air and Second Day Air) is an option for any product if you need a guaranteed delivery date. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date during the Checkout Process and see the estimated shipping charges and transit times for each Shipping Method.

I have been spoiled. I compare all breakfast links to these and they all others pale in comparison!!

Storage: Refrigerate upon receipt.

Preparation:
Cooking is required.

Fry:
Split sausage lengthwise. Fry at 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes. Turn once, cook an additional 5 minutes.

Grill: Split sausage lengthwise. Set grill to medium heat at 350 degrees F, cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Steam: Add about 1/8 cup water to 350 degree F. covered frying pan or electric skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and continue cooking until water has evaporated and sausage is nicely browned.

Microwave: Split sausage lengthwise. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes, depending on your microwave. To cook sausage whole, puncture with fork before heating.

Shelf Life: 10 days without refrigeration, 4-6 weeks refrigerated, 3 months frozen.
